And we make the building process a positive experience with a can-do attitude and integrity. We started as a family-owned business and proudly remain one today! Although we have grown into one of the top homebuilders in the Richmond, VA area, we have remained committed to caring, value, and quality. We always put customer satisfaction first. What We Do

Shurm Homes wants to change the lives of families in Virginia by building the best homes in Virginia. To that end, we make homebuilding look easy and uncomplicated. We achieve this feat with uncompromising standards, complete transparency, and excellent communication. Throughout the home-building process and warranty period, we have great people taking care of you, including your sales associate, loan officer (through our preferred lender), designer, project manager, closing coordinator, and quality controller/warranty manager.
